Draft. These terms describe how Vamiroa works today. Points marked below still need a legal review before the public launch.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of Vamiroa, a free travel-planning service provided by Elena Blazanovic, 1080 Vienna, Austria (see Legal Notice).
Vamiroa is currently offered as a free beta. No paid plans, subscriptions, bookings or brokered travel services are offered through the app.
2. What Vamiroa provides
Vamiroa creates a day-by-day travel suggestion from the information you enter: destination, dates, number of travellers, budget, interests, travel pace, dietary preferences and accessibility needs.
The itinerary is a planning aid. It is not a booking platform: no hotels, tickets, tours or transport are sold or reserved, and no contract for travel services comes into existence through Vamiroa.
3. Automatically generated content
Itineraries, restaurant suggestions, opening hours, prices, cost estimates and transport details are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
No guarantee is given that a place exists, is open, is reachable or is still recommended the way it is described. Please check opening hours, prices, availability and transport with the venue or an official source before you visit or book anything.
Cost figures shown in the app are estimates for planning, not real prices.
4. Use of the service
You may use Vamiroa for personal trip planning. Please do not use the app for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not systematically scrape or reproduce its content for a commercial offering of your own.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for the decisions you take based on the plans shown.
5. Availability and changes
The service is free and voluntary. Features may change, be suspended or discontinued at any time; no availability, uptime or support level is guaranteed.
These terms may be updated as the app develops. The version published here at the time of use applies.
6. Liability
Vamiroa is provided free of charge and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranty. Liability for slight negligence in the free service is excluded where legally permissible.
This does not affect liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Content and third-party material
Texts and the design of Vamiroa are protected by copyright. Place photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and other openly licensed sources; map and place data come from OpenStreetMap contributors.
Third-party content remains the property of its respective rights holders and is used under the applicable licence.

Still to be added before the public launch
- Applicable law and place of jurisdiction (Austria) as a final clause.
- Information on out-of-court dispute resolution / consumer arbitration, if it applies.
- Company register, VAT ID and trade details, once the service is offered commercially.
- A final legal review of these terms for an online service based in Austria.
